This 30 minute class takes the parent/adult and child through all of the gymnastics events in a controlled environment with the help of a coach. This  is a parent-child class that introduces  physical fitness, locomotor skills, social interaction and fundamental gymnastics. 

This is a one hour class that continues to progress the basic concepts of gymnastics using stations in our kid-friendly preschool area with equipment that is specially made for smaller participants. There is more focus upon form, learning names of skills and the execution of gymnastics skills.

This 45 minute class for kids a bit more independent, but not quite prepared to venture completely on their own in a full preschool class. The class gives the participant more independence with the comforts of a parent/adult close by.

This is a one hour class for those who have mastered the two previous Tumble Bugs classes and will begin to transition to the bigger gym and use larger equipment.

This is an invitation only class for little gymnasts that show advanced learning of gymnastics skills.  Gold Bugs is a "baby Pre-team" group that fine tunes flexibility, strength, and skills.  Gold Bugs is a two hour class that keeps gymnasts moving and perfecting their skills.
